Shipping to Australia

Enjoy the benefits of $10 flat rate shipping for all orders. Express shipping option is also available.

Orders are usually sent the next business day.

Delivery time for standard shipping is 2-6 working days depending on location. Express is 1-3 working days.

All items are sent via Australia Post and is trackable.

International Shipping

Shipping to international destination is based on weight and destination.

Refer to rate table below (in $AUD).

You can use the Shipping Rates calculator in the shopping cart to determine the actual postage to your country. Registered or tracking service is available for $6 extra.

International orders are dispatched within 2 working days due to additional documentation.

Items are sent by Australia Post Air Mail and standard delivery time is between 3-12 working days to metropolitan areas of major cities (excludes time in customs). 

Customs or import duties:
Please note that some countries may charge customs taxes or duties. These charges are not included in the price and you will need to add them to your total cost. I am not able to provide details or estimates as these charges vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. 


I try to provide as much information as I can for the items listed on this site. However if you still have questions or concerns after receiving an item, please feel free to contact me within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, unless the item is defective (see below). I will provide a mailing address for the return shipping and will issue a refund upon receipt of your item. I recommend using a registered mail service for the return shipping to ensure confirmed delivery.

If an item arrives in a defective condition or is damaged by post, please get in touch with me immediately. Once I can verify the defect I will be happy to refund the total amount paid, including cost of return shipping.

If you have not received your purchase within the timeframe outlined in the Shipping section above, please let me know and I will follow it up. If the parcel is lost or misdirected due to no fault of yours, I will be happy to refund or issue a store credit.

If a package is returned to me because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, I will provide a refund minus the cost of return shipping.

If you have a change of heart, you can still contact me and I am sure I will be able to help you out. Just note that I may have to charge a small fee for restocking and postage cost in this instance.
